After a few trips to the DR. and the hospital in the last week, it has become more apparent than ever that I need to get back into health and fitness. I am at my highest weight in my life and it is not because I have put on a lot of muscle. I did some soul searching, and I started back in earnest on being careful in my exercise due to my knee issues which is an old war injury of sorts. My plan is the following: Eat healthier (have a lot of fruit around for snacking) Eat less (I don't need to eat 3000+ calories a day) Workout/exercise daily even if just a walk during lunch Really that is my plan down to 3 simple terms (power of 3). I believe I can do this although at the end of the day, weight loss is easy right. Expend more calories than you take in which sounds simple enough. Of course, the execution can be more difficult. Well wish me luck as I get back into a healthy lifestyle. Today is day 2 and I am off to a good start so I have that going for me. Have a great day.
